I believe, from looking at the chart, the stock opened on Monday morning around $47.25, down nearly $30 from the previous day’s close.
Honestly, even if there was a “breaker,” the stock is going to drop regardless. The idea that getting off the OTC can limit short attacks or drops in the PPS is a fallacy. If a stocks price is set to drop by 50% for bad data or poor revenues, it’s going to happen.
