Certainly that would be a potential plus. Of course right now salary would be an issue. What are you going to pay this new experienced CEO? $500k-$1M minimum I would guess depending on a number of factors.
I could see hiring a CEO soon after we get things going with financing/trading etc. There is no way Joe and the board is going to bring an outsider in until their infant baby has started crawling. IMO.
Joe has great vision for sure. I think if he sees an opportunity for NGIO to better itself by bringing someone else in, he would strongly consider doing so.
I definitely believe a great CEO can make all the difference and can likely prevent significant set backs. Especially when dealing with setting up research studies and dealing with the FDA.
