Well it sure looks like a triangle so far doesn't it? Triangle consolidations buy time and decay the volatility until news accumulates for next spike. Resistances are $8 and $10. Unless news is strong enough to take it to $12 in a straight line, yes would make sense to consolidate again around $9 before proceeding to $12.
