I think that p value is highly unlikely. I am not altogether concerned with the p value given our MOA. There is no question in my mind that this drug works, and works well


That said, the increase in patients does improve the p value considerably (I'm expecting <.001). Perhaps more importantly the increase in size gives more legitimacy to the data set itself.
