So why the change, is it really because of increase enrollment ? Or is it they know the M2M results and they do not want to have any possibility of something negative showing up from the P3 trial with only 51 patients?
Also, NP stated numerous times BP's waiting on results, well they have results of 75 and I believe the M2M will be a slam dunk and a very very small chance any patients got worse and died but the placebo group I can see that very much happening. I am okay with the change for the low risk and the BP interest in results.
