The Severe/Critical could have eye-popping results if the the placebo arm has more total deaths despite having half as many patients which imho is likely the case. But it's true that the Mild to Moderate Trial could make the Severe/Critical Trial mostly obsolete if leronlimab prevents people from even progressing to severe or critical.
