Looks like somebody today expected instant mashed potatoes (news of approvals)over the weekend.

With so many things in the hopper news on at least 1 of these approvals should be coming soon. Its been a while since I did land use planning but BLM etc were always in my experience in favor of such projects especially rural ones like this and especially a preexisting mine. So would the Kingman Chamber of Commerce etc-for they no doubt would like the jobs/county tax base
