Joe cannot provide a specific answer where in the process they are as it isn't public knowledge.
First you test all 33 of the peptides and B-Cell epitopes
Then you test the best 3-5, 1B cell for antibody, 3-5 peptides for cellular, long term memory, cd4,8, T cell activation to determine the best HLA dehumanized.......No other pathway can tell you until human testing if off targets, safety, and effectiveness are all good, we can, putting us way ahead of everyone.
So we test the peptides, then test the best and then you make iikey peptides and you test those.
At the end of the day, ours will be safe and since synthetic, fast. Even if we are not off to the fastest start, seemingly. The end is what matters not so much the path along the way.
