Guess they will do interim analysis when they have half of the patients, ~180, enrolled. Should be doable by end of July... 120 enrolled already, and casenumbers spiking...
Much better chance getting a stat sig p-value and/or halt for efficacy with n=180.
A 33% death rate in the placebo group and 20% death rate in the leronlimab arm would yield p=0.03. That's doable.
