You really hit the nail on the head with that question, and sometimes NP is quite unclear in what exactly he is saying, which I think can SOMETIMES be the language barrier a bit. An SAE, in my understanding, should only be in connection with leronlimab, not a placebo, unless death itself is considered in SAE no matter what meds someone is on or if they were practically dead to begin with when they got either leronlimab or placebo.
