Eric is the Chief Scientific Officer for NGIO. I don’t think he is a strong enough personality to be the CEO and he needs to concentrate on research and development. That is why I don’t see him being the CEO nor on the BOD. As a researcher he may get hooked on a research project and not steer the overall company direction for the good of all. Of course this is all my opinion.
