The one question to ask about any vaccine is if the antibodies that are produced will react to the virus in the same way it reacts to the vaccine. That's why very large trials are needed for vaccines they have to look at what the infection rate actually is. That Pfizer trial just proves it produces an antibody. It doesn't prove it's an effective antibody.
