June 30th was the deadline for objections! This proves there was no objections by all parties!
DIP Financing back in 2019 was for $16.5milly and this exceeds it by $5!
“After the commencement of the hearing on the Debtors’ motion to compel, the Debtors, in consultation with its secured lenders (the “Secured Lenders”), reached a settlement with Alpine pursuant to which the Debtors will receive $22.125 million in satisfaction of its claims against Alpine. That settlement is pending and is scheduled to close in early July.”
