Great post and I agree with almost all. Not sure about the 1% statement, but Up will out that to the test for you. I filed a complaint, and included my contact info as well as my losses which I suspect should indicate that In the 1%.

I am not expecting to hear back. But had to try.

We will recover the "losses" today in due time. Good things are coming soon. IMO
