Another possibility is that partial news tomorrow only takes us back to $9-10 again finishing a larger B, while the larger triangle C-D-E plays out over week or two waiting for rest of news (like FDA approval).

This is a bit like weather forecasting -- more clues clarify the patterns at certain moments -- these bullish growth fractals have the clearest structure overall. Not worthwhile trading months-long corrections or consolidations (e.g. silver for past 3 years) that are wholly chaotic. But silver may be ready to come to life and go parabolic again too...
