I don't think those that where accumulating where responsible. If we look at things globally since the beginning of the upswing, lets call it $30$10 dollars, the average is $6.5. It does not make sense to sell indiscriminately some 20 Million shares or so.

BTW, they did rather unsophisticatedly and left some money in the table, if the objective was to sell a large amount of shares, it could had been done in a much optimal fashion.

I rather believe somebody with lots of shares just said: sell when it reaches $10. And his/her broker did just that.

Maybe RP ?? he still had quite a bit of shares, or a former warrant holder.

Of course, the above are only my speculations. I don't believe the shorts had some much ammunition, so to speak. But is possible.

In any case, the stock is now in stronger hands … the trial results will make some sorry for selling today.
