Any published Good News has to be seen as a positive, at this point.
The “intention to grant a patent”, while it may require additional action from Strikeforce Technologies, is a critical stepping-stone for motivating investment in developing their products in the EU countries. Clearly enhances the company’s inherent value, even in advance of practical monetization. IMO, this could actually warrant a $2-$4 share price target.
