Fidelity will allow OTC stock trading. You need to call your representative to enable it. However, Fidelity is not very nimble on OTC trades. On CYDY's slide down, I put in market sell that wasn't executed timely - eventually going thru at a much lower price than it should have. However, I was able to buy back at much lower price and again, in a profitable state. So, don't expect timely OTC trading on Fidelity.
