Shares outstanding increased 165M since last year
Last year's 10-K (filed May 31, 2019) noted that there were ~365M shares outstanding. Today, there are ~530M shares outstanding. Means that a lot of warrants were exercised.
MM said there were 100M warrants outstanding. If people exercise the warrants, maybe we can avoid the new stock issuance.
