DirkDiggler - excellent points regarding selling your restricted shares via rule 144. I did not realize that those shares are considered a short sale. I have many restricted shares but have not attempted to sell any. How long did the whole process take from your initial call/ request to sell until the actual sale took place ?
If I ever do sell, I will sell those in my Ameritrade account first...the ones I bought on the open market. Thanks.
