It is entirely possible that the float is much less than that as over the last 20 months, John Peoples and Kenneth Grant must have been buying shares. Then we have Morris, Balderson and Farnworth together with David Hahn. None of these people were involved with Dr Dalton in 2018.
I am sure John Hope Bryant and his "circle of friends and family" have also been accumulating.
Dr Dalton's "friends and family" possibly have also added more during the last 20 months.
Then we have all the "companies" who are now connected with either Dr Dalton directly or indirectly or John Hope Bryant directly.
To me, the stock trades as if it has a tradable float of only about 50 million shares.
This is why I feel, the price will go "nuclear" once the 8k and PR "makes a new beginning" as there are NOT going to be enough shares for all those who want to buy.
All my own opinion that is based on the last 20 months of trading.
