I certainly can’t speak for Joe, but in the past he explained in a CC that he wouldn’t draw down on that investment all at once. So if the capital is added as needed it funds needed items in steps. That also should create value as it builds up NGIO. So in my opinion it wouldn’t equate to 12 cents. It should equate to further research, collaborations, possible acquisitions as well as bringing in needed general funds for operations.
