Yes the NT-10Q states on Form 10-Q, "..or portion thereof will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date." This has been the norm where there accounting firm uses the extension, no surprise.
The end of Part III Narrative:
"... The Company expects to file within the extension period."
