Depends who’s doing the housekeeping... if this is the result of an internal audit then I agree. If it is the result and in response to an external audit (SEC, FINRA, etc) then I see it as more of a slap on the wrist. Either way not a big deal, just depends on perspective. For example on one hand I think Joe and Todd have way too much going on to be fussing with something “petty” like this. On the other hand, do they? I mean they (Joe and Todd) are not personally working on the vaccine. Most things in GNBT land are in limbo pending funding. So what is left but to cross T’s and dot I’s.
