Seems ancient to me now but five years ago when I was in contact with an OTC CEO (had private placements and loan out to him), he actually emailed me documents showing his MM working on his behalf to sell stock, so I know there are numerous things allowed to CEOs to do, even in this gutter...

I have no clue as to specifics in this case or with CytoDyn ... all I know is what I heard from company officials on public CCs ... just connecting points as I believe like Dr. Pourhassan in early May gave up warrants to raise funds and help out, he is now doing the next unique and extraordinary thing to 'surprise' and "make shareholders happy" ... aren't you happy rp? ahaha
