This is NO ORDINARY OTC at play... this is a concerted effort and whether it has a goal of getting to a certain dollar point (let's just say $10) or days of activity such as say 10 days or two weeks (I believe today is the sixth day for this 'unusual' upward movement - since Friday 6/19 when this 'process' kicked off)... nobody knows, but those who KNOW (company insiders, regulators)...
Actually when it comes to the stock factor, we do know Mr. Mulholland said on 6/11 with a week behind... SIX weeks to uplisting...?
Having said this, the UNconcerted effort (if there's any such word) will be where this pps goes (likely and hopefully better) once hard facts are out about the science, the medicine and the potential... will even add in there, the economy.
