I don't know the exact mechanism, no one does and maybe never will ... unless at some point Dr. Pourhassan wants to/can disclose such. My point being, they are doing something (maybe never done before) and I'm just speculating with who they may be working it... it is obviously being done with the blessing of the SEC or powers-that-be according to what I interpreted hearing our CEO say on CC...
