Vyera made out as well as anyone who was buying cydy back when it was 30 cents.
They also agreed to give of 50 percent of net sales in US for HIV in addition to COGS plus 10% for product.
For whatever reason, the price started rising after the deal announcement and I assume they provided the best royalty deal of any potential partner.
In addition CYDY really needed the funds in December.
Remember, it took cytodyn until May after many delays to submit the final parts of the HIV BLA.
