Kinases are fairly specific so it may take multiple drugs to be effective against various parts of the pathology. Leronlimab itself downregulates JAK 1 and 2 and probably other kinases.

I do wonder how long it takes for that 50% reduction in viral load. For leronlimab that seems to be 7 days and then 14 for 0 viral load.
