I’m not sure that there is any regulatory reason for his silence. But there is presently no need for him to say anything as the stock has been on an unprecedented tear. If he has something good to report, he’s better off saving it for when the momentum wanes and the shorts gain some traction. I’m the meantime, silence is golden, literally.
