Yes, they could give us EUA with pH 3 trials continuing. I would imagine they could also give approval with a ph4 confirmatory trial, but that would take longer.

If we get EUA the trials will be difficult to enroll, but we would be able to start saving lives. I suspect that if we get a EUA it will be for severe only, while requiring a pH 3 for mild to moderate.

So it's possible that we can start saving lives, but have a ways to go for mild to moderate. I believe mile to moderate is vastly more important, not only from a revenue standpoint, but we need to treat patients early so they don't develope irreversible damage.
