I think the answer is...not necessarily, it depends on a number of factors. Broader market internals, any more setbacks for GNBT/NGIO (no more bad actors bullshit please), time frame for your investment etc.

For me, I am looking for solid execution moving forward. I am pretty sure that the someone willing to invest ten's of millions of dollars expects the same.
