Delay in Patterson's paper: "Big claims require big proof"
I was bemoaning the delay in Patterson's paper to a physics friend. I explained BP had described all the key mechanisms of the disease from soup to nuts and tied it in a bow.
His immediate response was that past physics papers had taught him:
"Big claims require big proof"
It is just a hope, but it could be some journal is poised to publish his paper alongside a link to preprints of the study papers - or even, under the category "correspondence," where unreviewed material can appear, brief study summaries themselves.
