Can antibody serology tests identify active cases?
Some can. One used by the World Nano Foundation, posted in January 2020,
uses gold nanoparticles and can identify antibodies within 3 days of infection,

The product sheet says:
It has CE certification - from Europe
It give positive results in less than 5 minutes and otherwise confirms a negative result in 15 minutes
It is more accurate than other tests.
It is easier to administer - only needs a drop of blood like a glucose meter
Millions of tests currently available, millions can be made.

The earlier CV19 is detected, the more treatment options and ability to stop asymptomatic spread of the disease.

I hope QMC's test to use with QDX HealthID is as good as or better.
