Although there were 5 filings listed on the CytoDyn website, one is an amendment (Form 4A) which fixes a mistake in Jordan Naydenov’s original Form 4 filing where the option expiration date was listed as 2020 instead of 2030.

So, in the final analysis, 4 separate grants of 225k options.

And in the interest of brevity, I rounded them up and represented as an aggregate of ~1M, by using the Tilde symbol (~) to represent “approximately”.

Regarding the notion that these Form 4 filings are being used to represent option exercises, I would be happy to be corrected, but please note the following:
