To be fair on the revenue portion, Joe has always said that the 250MM in revs would be for the 12 months following access to funding. So that clock still hasn’t started. Of course, the wounds that have kept us out of the funding game have been at least partially self-inflicted.
Whatever the case, Joe is once again close to getting the train out of the station. We shall soon see what he makes of the opportunity...
