I bought VXRT in after hours Thursday when I saw what looked like and unusual option activity at $13 calls. I bought 1900 shares at $7.50, but then realized the unusual option activity was for another stock mentioned in the news. So I sold right away at $7.60. Well if I had held until Friday’s opening, I could have gotten $14. Oh well.
I also missed out on my FB puts. I had 252 7/2 FB $232.50 puts that I sold for about $3.30 on Wednesday. They only had a week left and FB just wasn’t dropping. Well Friday’s negative news made them drop big time. I missed out on $250K more profit! That one hurts.
