So...I was actually thinking that the company is valuing ngio at more than $1 billion because with 400 million shares outstanding, and not wanting to start PPS at too close to $2...I am guessing at least $3-$4 to start...so that’s $1.2 to $1.6 billion...I guess it make sense if ngio is acquiring another company...and increasing value of ngio...
Also, I am wondering if there are already companies expressing interest in possibly buying ngio...the reason why I said that is because we have not heard any word on receiving funding from CEPI/BARDA/health Canada/Malaysia...yet Gnbt just entered into a contract to test peptides against infected blood for $1 million...they seem to be confident that funds will be forthcoming somehow...so my speculation is ngio has garnered much interest for either private funding or potential takeover...
Now back to the $15 Gnbt PPS that warrant is offering...it starting to look more and more reasonable
What do you guys think?
