hell. The orders I have read in Michigan have been signed by the Duty Director of FEMA and or Homeland Security.
Those aren't State Agency's. Those are Federal positions.
Like I said Governor's are serving at the leisure of the President.
Go ahead throw a hiss fit... Secede from the Union. Most the Military are in Red States.
