All of us are grateful that we were told we share in the revenue and not the intensive labor costs on that low margin business.
Reminds me of when we had 3 farms and my family got 40 percent of the dairy money and the tenant received 60 percent. However we still had to pay the tax on the property and insurance and they. Had to pay for machine repair. Plus their utilities. Once or twice A month I would update all books. Intensive with 400 cows all having updates too. As to calves and mating times. Oh yes we shared vet bills too. Nothing comes in without a few headaches. I just feel the load has been lightened on this lower margins area of verb. Glad to hear we still make money on that area. Also happy to hear jobs were not deminished by doing that. A win most likely for all concerned. I just hope they do their own book keeping for this lower margin business.
Do feel verb in the next few months with rally. Truly have had to step up buying while we are down. Could wake up in two years and see us at a couple hundred dollars a share like zoom
Thankfully we encrypted everything so privacy is not an issue. Certainly feel other companies will come over to us because we will have a cleaner and smoother operation. All and all verb has a bright future.
