What I find most interesting about timing of these Form 4 filings is their relationship to last week’s Form 8-K filing.

This 8-K was amended to grant CEO Nader P. and CFO Michael M. accelerated option vesting if either were to be terminated by the company without cause.
These types of restated employment provisions are frequently issued to neutralize any negative bias associated with a potential buyout.
I’m not suggesting the company is actively in discussions to be acquired, but they sure are getting their ducks in a row.
