Placebo trial data public release is up to Cydy, I think
I think that once the data collection phase of the trials are complete on June 29, then CYDY is free to release to the public any data it likes at any time it pleases, but i don't know for sure. Just repeating what some usually knowledgable people have said.
Sending data to the FDA is protocol driven. CYDY must analyze the data in some specified manner so they can't just be willy nilly with the FDA.
But really the smart thing for CYDY to do is co-ordinate with the FDA as well as Samsung to make sure that not only, upon approval, is there supply but also there is a way to ration the immediate supply. US government could also send some cash to acclerate production, and cydy would want to co-ordinate that as well.
So seems likely to me that its radio silence until everybody is on the same page. Dissension and conflict amongst the players will delay patient treatment i suspect.
For bad p-score i think they just treat more patients, but that would take months.
I dont think its possible to beat remdesivir and have a bad p-score at the same time. i think by definition beating remdesivir means a good p-score on some particular endpoint. Perhaps "beating remdesivir" could be calculated on several different endpoints.
