I am going to say no. We are already a publicly traded company so no Initial Public Offering (IPO). All we are is "dark" and trading on the OTC. I am confident, that with HRI, our financials will exceed the minimum level needed to up list to the NASDAQ. Then there is the share price, if I remember correctly, the first two NASDAQ levels are $3 and $4 per share. If your share price has closed over $4 for, I think 60 days, and you meet the lower financial requirement then good to go. If the company meets the higher financial requirement then only a one day close at $3 is required, if I remember correctly.
Realize doc does not have anything to say about the share price just because he releases the financials, only the market makers, looking at supply and demand of the stock will determine the price, as now and on the opening trade after the news is out. We, UNVC, have to prove to the NASDAQ that our stock will trade over $3 a share, then we can up list. Put your self in NASDAQ shoes, they don't want to let a stock up list on "the come". I am sure they have heard every story in the book but it is "show me the price".
Do they make exceptions, sure, but few. We will get there soon, I think very soon, but I don't expect it the day of news, but soon there after.
Make the "market" pay for your stock and don't stack shares up on the ask right out of the chute after news and we will get there faster, IMO. Remember it is "supply and demand".
