I agree 100% as well! I was in the Army in the 90’s when Forrest Gump came out. Hilarious movie with a great message in my opinion although Jenny was a skank. Lol.
Skin color doesn’t matter to me. I am white, had four Black roommates and my best friend was 100% Navajo. That was the great thing about the Army and Basic Training! We were told we were all equally worthless! Lol! Some of the best years of my life were with those guys. We were all different and we were all family.
