All States are under Federal Emergency Management
I found it funny after unemployment was sent out you had to email a Driver Licences or State ID and Birth certificate in. Not doing so you would be charged with Fraud.
That was strange
I suppose you could do that with absentee ballots and at voting places also if you don't have a Real ID.
Under Federal Emergency Management and a Federal Election all The president would have to do is Issue a Executive order as such.
That would take out about 50% of the Democratic voting block.
Then there is the Silent Majority
