The U.S. patents are solid, that's not what the lawsuits have been about. They were about the applicability of the patents to software being offered for sale by other companies.
And it's been ruled, in more than one case, that our patents didn't apply. We lost, people should get over it - if we had won, no one would be complaining about the age of the judges or their relatives or the law. If it was a glitch, or a series of them, Blank Rome probably wouldn't have stopped working on contingency.
Although complaints about the lousy presentation made by our attorney at Appeals Court are relevant and legitimate. We should have gotten our money back from that law firm.
