Question regarding valuation....Regarding saas revenue future projected and present how can we calculated an appropriate value of offering compared to our first one? I am not verse in the multiples etc. Our first we were valued at $3.44 I believe using SC new value and added income.... We have a one year current projection of $3.50 to $5.65 I believe.... That's as far as I go. Thanks

My guess is with no serious PRS we will be able to grab 4 shares for $1 approx.
