I think that was the original plan, but later they decided to go the IPO route as they found out along the way that valuation and interest in NGIO provides enough support for an IPO...which in my opinion probably would stir up more excitement and interest and higher PPS when NGIO start trading.

C'mon Management can't you guys get anything done?? Learning on the job is costly and it will limit interest ! Hire a respectable PR firm and a few well-known pharma guys to elevate us to the next level. Even with funding if not directed to the right source it will dig a deeper hole.
