On the TDA platform, there's usually a few days lag between any corporate action and the resumption of trading in that stock. I think other platforms respond sooner, but, anyway.

That leaves a couple days window for the company to announce something really positive or I'm hard pressed to think of what there might be to support the new share price.

The announcement of the European patents is nice, but as was pointed out yesterday, the American patents haven't really ever produced substantial revenue in America. Maybe there's more demand overseas?
