This is an NGIO term sheet for selling shares to make money available to NGIO, not to Generex to clean up the house......unless Generex cashes in on this by investing these NGIO funds into Generex.....i would have to check if it is allowed......I know this is a value added entity, but its going to be an independent NASDAQ trad-able company that have to answer to their shareholders....the new ones you know....not to us....we will just cash in on the fact that it is owned by Generex, and hopefully that will make Generex better able to up list and maybe execute their plans, i.e. Altucell etc....
So this is not a piggy for Generex, its a piggy for NGIO....

please tell me if i am wrong on this.....
